Downtown Trash Pickups

Downtown Driggs Association’s Downtown Trash Pickup Program brings together over 50 dedicated community volunteers annually in both late spring and early fall to help keep downtown Driggs clean, welcoming, and beautiful. Residents, businesses, and local partners work side-by-side to pick up litter, refresh public spaces, and show pride in our downtown core. Together, volunteers remove nearly 80 bags of trash from Driggs’ streets each year. More than just a cleanup effort, the program is a fun and meaningful community tradition that helps steward the heart of Driggs for residents and visitors alike.

Downtown Flower Planter Program

Downtown Driggs Association’s Downtown Business Flower Planter Program brings seasonal color, beauty, and vibrancy to the heart of downtown Driggs each summer. With the support of volunteers, sponsors, local businesses, and community partners, nearly 100 EarthPlanter self-watering flower pedestals, hanging baskets, and traditional whiskey barrel planters are installed and maintained throughout the downtown core, helping create a more welcoming and walkable environment for residents and visitors alike.

More than simple landscaping, the program reflects the community’s shared pride in downtown and helps cultivate the charming small-town atmosphere that makes Driggs such a special place. Downtown Driggs Association is deeply grateful to the 45 local businesses that steward flowers each season, MD Nursery & Landscaping, the City of Driggs, Driggs Public Works, and Driggs Urban Renewal Agency (DURA) for their invaluable partnership. The program is also made possible by the many volunteers who help plant, deliver, and care for the displays each year.
