HAPPY SCARECROW DAYS, LOCAL BUSINESSES AND NONPROFITS!
It's time to get ready for the 7th Annual Driggs Scarecrow Contest, a creative community celebration of fall that promotes our local businesses and nonprofits. Create your own scarecrow to display outside of your business without blocking sidewalks or street parking. If you don't have a storefront, your scarecrow can be placed in Mugler Plaza. Recycled materials encouraged.

After six years of $100 cash prizes for winners, we're excited to boost our support for local creativity with a $900 increase in total prize money, designed to encourage more participation and reward the amazing scarecrow artistry we see each year. Please note there are no themes this year - the creative possibilites are endless!

2nd Place - $200
3rd Place - $100
Best Nonprofit Scarecrow - $500
Kid's Choice - $100

OCTOBER 1 * Scarecrows MUST be on display by this date so DDA can take photos for voting & marketing
OCTOBER 10-31 * Voting Days
OCTOBER 31 * Downtown Driggs Trick or Treat 3-5 PM
NOVEMBER 5 * Winners Announced
NOVEMBER 12 * Scarecrow take down deadline
