Calling All Driggs Businesses & Nonprofits
Break out the straw and bring your best scarecrow idea to life! Go spooky, beautiful, ridiculous, clever, or completely unexpected. This is your chance to show off your organization’s personality and compete for $2,600 in prizes - $1,200 more than last year!
Scarecrow Cash Awards
1st Place Business — $1,000
2nd Place Business — $400
3rd Place Business — $100
1st Place Nonprofit — $1,000
Kids’ Choice — $100
Scarecrows must be family-friendly, sturdy, and ready for a Teton Valley fall. NOTE: Winning scarecrows must be a new design and cannot repeat a scarecrow previously created by the same business.

Calling The Community!
From October 8–31, take a Scarecrow Stroll through downtown, check out this year’s creations, and vote for your favorites in-person using QR codes attached to each scarecrow or online using the link above. Please vote for ONE scarecrow in each category and only once per person - no scarecrow shenanigans!

This year, there’s even more reason to find them all - a Nintendo Switch is up for grabs!
Print the Scarecrow Stroll Challenge Sheet and look for a hidden icon physically attached to each participating scarecrow. Match each icon to the business or nonprofit that created it and fill in your sheet as you explore.

When you’re finished, snap a photo of your sheet and email it with your name and phone number to DDA's Development & Partnerships Specialist, Clare Liu at clare@downtowndriggs.org. The raffle winner will be announced November 10th along with the winning scarecrows!

The Driggs Scarecrow Contest is more than prize money and bragging rights, it’s a fun reason to explore downtown, discover local businesses, and celebrate the creativity that makes Driggs such a special place.
